BHA would like to reassure our Clients and other parties that we remain fully operational and can continue with our work as normal.

In accordance with Government guidelines, and with the health and safety of our staff a priority, all of our team are now working from home and all have secure access to electronic data relevant to their respective cases, as well as emails, and therefore we do not anticipate any issues in progressing claims in line with our normal procedures. This is of course subject to the health of our individual team members, but collectively we are able to continue to deal with both existing cases and any new instructions. We do ask please that all communications be sent via email to ensure they are picked up by the individual team members, or enquiries / new instructions can be addressed to newclaims@b-h-a.co.uk. We remain contactable by telephone on 0333 577 8300, or directly to team member’s mobile numbers where advised. We also ask if clients would kindly arrange payment of our fees by BACS (details are included on invoices) rather than by cheque.
