Throughout this challenging period we have continued to assist clients in the usual manner with the team working from home, but we have now returned to working in the office. We continue, however, to have the flexibility to either work from home or in the office, as may be required.

All authorised personnel have secure access to electronic data relevant to their respective cases whether working from home or in the office, but we continue to ask all parties to send communications via email where possible, although access to post is now achievable.  All enquiries / new instructions should continue to be addressed to newclaims@b-h-a.co.uk and we remain contactable by telephone on 0333 577 8300, or directly to team member’s mobile numbers where advised.  We continue to encourage clients to arrange payment of our fees by BACS (details are included on invoices) where this is possible, although cheques can be sent to our head office.  We would like to express our thanks to clients and other parties for your assistance during this period.
